It’s a feeling that warms our hearts and reminds us to be thankful for the positive moments in life.

    The great thing about gratitude—and the warm, fuzzy feelings it evokes—is that we don’t need to wait for a special occasion to experience it. We can make it an intentional practice by acknowledging the good things every day, no matter how small they may seem. Others prefer waiting until the evening to reflect on the day’s events. What’s most important is that you set aside time for the practice and make it work for you.     Meditating on the things you’re grateful for can help you focus on what you have rather than what you lack. In this space, you will experience a greater sense of peace and contentment.
